The Creators team goal is to make Amazon the Earth’s most desired destination for commerce influencers, associates (publishers, bloggers, and more) and their content. We are a team of innovators that tackle difficult problems, and are laser-focused on building and enhancing products and experiences that drive growth for Creators. We own the Creator product suite across Amazon to ensure a cohesive experience, experiment with and align compensation structures, and launch features that reinforce feelings of achievement for Creators in addition to monetary compensation. We seek to strengthen creators’ sense of community, fandom, credibility, and provide positive feedback loops. As a Sr. Technical Account Manager on the Enterprise Creators team, you will serve as a trusted business and technical advisor to managed enterprise creator accounts. These customers represent our strategic innovation cohort, including media companies, broadcasters, utility-based digital products and apps, and traditional digital publishing conglomerates who are transforming how they monetize content through commerce. You will work at the intersection of business development, technical advisement, and operational excellence to ensure these strategic partners successfully adopt, integrate, and optimize our Creator tools and platforms to drive measurable growth for their businesses.

In this role, you will become the technical expert and advocate for your creator accounts, building deep relationships with their teams teams. You will also lead discussions on our Payment and Compensation teams to improve our overall ways of working and the tools we offer to creators. You will work cross-functionally with our product, engineering, finance, and business development teams to shape roadmaps, influence product priorities, and ensure our creator partners achieve success at scale. Additionally, you will contribute to our team's operational excellence by maintaining technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge repositories that enable the broader Enterprise Creators team to deliver consistent, high-quality support.

The ideal candidate combines technical depth with customer obsession, has experience in the creator economy, payment systems, or digital advertising technologies, and can navigate complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships.
