Position Overview: What You'll Do

As a Clinical Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume inbound calls from members seeking information about their specialty health programs. Your primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer service that meets the needs and expectations of every caller while adhering to our quality standards and performance metrics.

This is a fully remote position, meaning you'll have the flexibility to work from your home office while still being an integral part of our collaborative team. You'll receive comprehensive training to ensure you're equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed, and you'll have access to ongoing support from supervisors and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

    Answer incoming calls

    in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner, ensuring every member feels valued and heard.

      Ascertain the nature of each call

      and meticulously record all relevant information in the Communication Log to maintain accurate member records.

        Look up member information

        using arenaflex's proprietary systems and provide callers with clear, accurate information regarding all aspects of their membership.

          Forward logs requiring further research

          to the appropriate department, ensuring seamless hand-offs and timely resolutions.

            Transfer callers to the appropriate queue

            for complex issues such as claims, authorizations, or specialized inquiries, connecting them with the right specialists.

              Utilize appropriate resources

              , including online tools and internal databases, to provide timely and accurate responses to member questions.

                Manage time effectively

                to ensure calls are answered within required timeframes and that appropriate follow-up is completed promptly.

                  Meet or exceed minimum key job accountabilities

                  established for the Customer Service Representative position, maintaining high performance standards.

                    Document all calls accurately

                    in our systems, maintaining detailed records that support continuity of care and service quality.

                      Attend weekly staff meetings

                      and other team gatherings to discuss issues, share best practices, and foster teamwork among department personnel.
