MER Mobile Enterprise Resources is seeking serious, motivated, and professional individuals to join our team as Delivery Drivers. Important: We operate from two warehouse locations (33182 and 33142). Candidates must have full availability and be willing to work from either location based on operational needs.

No delivery experience is required; however, applicants must have a minimum of 6 months of driving experience in the United States and hold a valid driver’s license issued at least 18 months prior to application.

We are currently hiring and conducting in-person interviews with the possibility of same-day job offers, contingent upon meeting all eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities: Delivery Drivers operate company vans to deliver Amazon packages within the local community. Drivers typically work up to 3-4 days per week, with shifts of approximately 10 hours. All drivers are expected to follow strict safety standards both on and off the road, interact professionally with customers and the public, and use handheld technology to manage deliveries.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license issued at least 18 months prior to application.
  • Minimum of 6 months of driving experience in the United States.
  • Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Availability to work at least one weekend day and holidays as needed.
  • Must be a reliable team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow.
